This team specialises in making things happen – whether that is an event for employers, employees and benefits providers or making sure our retailers have what they need. We can offer the role to a driven and enthusiastic person who has some administration or event management experience and is looking for a career in the benefits sector. You will be keen to work within an experienced team that has high standards which will drive you on and help develop you.

The key responsibilities of the role are:-

  • Monitor daily the Cyclescheme retailer inbox and phone queries to ensure a speedy response inside SLA
  • Co-ordinate all Cyclescheme and Techscheme events to increase product sales
  • Manage the Cyclescheme retailer contract process to ensure accurate and timely recording of commercial information
  • Help to organise all product webinars to key audiences to improve product knowledge and grow participation levels
  • Control and monitor all point of sale requirements to ensure outstanding implementation at events and in stores
  • Work closely with the Implementation Manager , constantly updating and improving our execution of all events
  • Developing the role with the opportunity to be involved in projects within the Bath office
