Account Manager - Product Supply

 Our client services function are at the front end of our business, generating ways to connect brands with people and managing our growing list of client accounts.  This Account Manager role sits within product supply and is available because of internal promotions.

​Working with a variety of clients, you will be responsible for managing the day to day relationship for a portfolio of clients, who buy various products direct from Grass Roots. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients ensuring the retention of their business and spot opportunities to extend this business as well.

To be successful, you will be a team player. You will be part of small supportive team within our larger client services team, and you will work alongside a number of different teams within the business to deliver the customer promise.  Being quick to react, with the ability to prioritise key actions is essential, especially at our peak times. You will be a strong communicator, able to work with clients in the media they prefer, whether that is email, face to face or by phone.

Location: Initially be based in our Tring and Wendover offices (expected to work in both locations) moving to Apsley in April 2018
