The Account Manager that joins us will be the face of the company and the “go to” person for our clients, responsible for ensuring excellent operational delivery of their programmes along with added-value and ideas aplenty to grow the account. You are also the link between the product, technology and operations teams who support us to make sure everything works brilliantly so building great relationships is crucial to this role.
You will have the opportunity to use your experience and ideas to make our current programmes even more successful and profitable, get involved in exciting projects, help grow our clients and support our broader business on varied internal initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a solution focused, forward-thinking and ambitious Account Manager to join a successful growing company.
 
Our ideal Account Manager for this client will be great at:

  • building and maintaining great relationships with clients to ensure the retention of accounts and client satisfaction
  • ensuring the day-to-day delivery of all operational programme elements in a timely manner and to a high standard
  • working closely with supplier departments to ensure the efficient delivery of creative, added-value solutions to the client
  • analysing programme data to build insight and make proactive recommendations to improve customer engagement
  • generating creative marketing campaigns to drive engagement with and usage of the rewards (involves writing copy, selecting images, updating website/apps and creating campaign assets)
  • identifying potential opportunities to add value and growth to the account and prepare/support with associated proposals and costings
  • ensuring excellent financial management of programmes including timely and accurately estimating, forecasting, invoicing and ensuring profitable delivery of projects
  • actively identifying development opportunities for yourself to ensure Performance Excellence
 
Key skills required to be successful in this role:
 
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong client facing and (written and oral) presentation skills
  • Confident and persuasive communicator (verbal & written)
  • Commercial and financial acumen including the ability to estimate accurately and mange time effectively  
  • Team player as well as highly self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Personable, credible and able to build rapport easily
  • Experience of and interest in marketing communications
 
You will definitely have experience of working on a customer marketing progamme in a client-facing role, but equally important to us is your passion and ability to help our clients to achieve their goals.
