Partner Marketing Manager

Spafinder Wellness UK Ltd, the leading wellness-oriented Media, Marketing and Technology Company, launched its first online presence 15 years ago. From its roots as a media company, the brand has evolved into the promise of well-being for all and we can now offer a Partner Marketing Manager role within this business.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and selling the EMEA partner marketing programs, brand partnerships and online campaigns to key hotel clients
  • Identifying and contracting strategic commercial partnerships to grow the business, strengthen SFW365’s awareness in Europe, preparing bespoke deals and promoting long-term customer loyalty
  • Product development: designing, implementing new marketing program and presentations to EMEA markets
  • Responsible for handpicking and managing key partners (hotels, hotel chains, tourist boards…)
  • Monitoring partner satisfaction, data performance and providing qualitative analysis to partners.
  • Key account management, retention, support for international partners and coordinating rollouts
  • Gaining insights on market data trends, competitors and maintaining a professional international network
  • Working closely with our team in the US team to educate and roll out successful UK strategies into the USA.
  • Working with Marketing to ensure our partner’s receive the agreed level of support and to plan and review the effectiveness of campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in business development and account management. You will be adept at using a CRM system and if you have experience in Salesforce that would be an advantage. You will be part of a UK team that itself then is part of a supportive global team. If you have experience in the wellness industry that will be an advantage but not essential. 


Location: Initially be based in our Russell Square office, it will move to our new offices in Apsley (Hemel Hempstead)
